What is the difference between 'raw' and 'virgin' hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed, taken from a single donor, with the cuticles intact offering the highest quality and longevity. It is renowed for being the best bundels on the market. Virgin hair is human hair that hasn’t been chemically processed but may undergo minimal preparation for consistency. Raw is ideal for maximum quality; virgin delivers excellent softness and wear at a more accessible price point.
How long will my hair last?
Lifespan depends on hair type, care, and frequency of use. With proper care, raw hair bundles can last for 2+ years with proper care, and high-quality virgin hair can last up to 12 months with regular wear. Maintenance, products, and how often you heat style it all affect longevity. Always make sure to use heat protectant when styling, as if you were caring for your own hair.
Is the hair thick from root to tip?
Our bundles are selected to ensure fullness and consistency throughout the length, offering a natural finish and comfortable wear when installed correctly. Also, all of our bundles are double drawn to ensure consistent thickness from root to tip, reducing wispy ends and creating a fuller look throughout.
Will the hair tangle or shed?

Can the hair be coloured or bleached?
Yes, both raw and virgin hair can be coloured or bleached. Because it behaves like natural hair, we recommend having colouring done by a professional and always using heat protectant during styling to maintain quality.

How do I care for my bundles?

Detangle carefully from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb or brush. Keep heat styling to a minimum and always use a heat protectant. When not in use, store hair in a satin or silk bag to maintain softness, shine, and longevity. When sleeping, make sure to wrap your hair in a silk bonnet to stop frizzing and to maintain its natural shine.
How many bundles would I need for an install?
Most people use:
